From your initial enquiry, either by phone or via email, we will contact you in a timely fashion to discuss your requirements and either produce a comprehensive emailed quotation by return or, if the enquiry is more complicated, or you need some assistance, then we will arrange to visit site and meet you personally.
Having accepted our quotation and sent us an official order, we will then produce artwork using the latest software, for your approval, either based on information you’ve supplied or, if required, we will visit your work place and measure up for you. The artwork will be emailed to you and it is at this stage that you can ask for alterations to the content. We will continue to make changes until you are happy and you then ‘sign off’ the artwork and we move to manufacture.
Not only do we survey, design artwork and manufacture but we also have the teams in place to install your signage at a time convenient to you, we can also remove old signage and dispose of if required. Our Project Management team can handle the entire process if required, liaise with other designers and architects, attend site meetings, produce samples and ‘hold your hand’ from start to finish.
