Terms and Conditions

Payment period: Full payment of due invoices to account holders only to be paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date at the latest, (unless otherwise agreed in writing) most work requires payment on completion. Sometimes part payment will be requested either part way through a service or prior to commencement of work, payment terms will be indicated before work commences Non account holders to pay at time of order or on receipt of goods as agreed prior to order being accepted
Interest on late payment: All overdue amounts may be charged at a rate of 8% p.a. above Bank of England base rate. Any failure to pay an invoice may be pursued through UK court(s).
Notification of queries or complaints: Notification of queries and/or complaints must be notified to Techniform Graphics Ltd verbally and in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the service and/or the invoice as appropriate. A written confirmation of receipt of query and/or complaint must be obtained from us.
Law: In the event of a default of this Agreement, these Terms and Conditions of Service shall be governed by British law.
Computer data: Information held on a company or individual by Techniform Graphics Limited is governed by the Data Protection Act
Viruses: All data, artwork etc. supplied to you, whether on disc or supplied via e-mail or ftp will have been checked by Techniform Graphics Ltd for Viruses. However, you must always keep your virus definition files (software) up to date and check all data received to satisfy yourself that there are no harmful files. No responsibility will be held for viruses, trojans or the like entering your computer systems. Remember: never open email attachments if you are unsure of the origins of the email.
Changes: Changes to these terms and conditions will be uploaded to this web site. Changes from the original service request, quotation or estimate can be amended by any means providing both parties accept the changes in writing.
Prices: Prices quoted for services / goods will remain correct for 30 days from the date of the quotation, whether the quotation is verbal, written or computer generated.
Third party products: Prices for third party products may be obtained for you, but prices quoted are subject to change if our suppliers cannot match their current price at the time of purchase. If the exact product is not available we reserve the right to change it for a suitable replacement.
VAT VAT (Value added tax) will be added to all prices (unless stated in writing that price includes VAT) at the current rate (17.5%)
New customers: Techniform Graphics Ltd will be pleased to meet prospective customers and outline the services offered and how we can assist you and your company. There will be no charge for such a meeting, within a reasonable travelling distance of North West Kent,UK. Any payment required prior to work being commenced will be shown in a written (computer generated) quotation.
Restocking: All goods returned are liable to a restocking charge of 20% (unless faulty). Original postage and packaging charges are non refundable on returned goods. Returned goods are posted at the customer's expense.
What if my goods are undelivered? From time to time goods can go astray. Please contact us if your goods have not arrived within 5 working days of your placing the order. We will let you know how and when the goods were posted out.
Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address. Techniform Graphics Ltd cannot be held liable in any way for goods that are undelivered or are delivered to the wrong address if the address supplied to us in incorrect or incomplete. No form of refund can be claimed and no replacement goods will be sent.
What if the address is correct but my goods might be lost in the Royal Mail post? If sent by 1st class Royal Mail we will not be able to track the order.
Typically we will be happy to send out another complete set of the goods you ordered provided you can supply us with the detail we ask for: We will require you to go in person to your local Royal Mail depot and ask if a package could be awaiting collection. Any expenses incurred by you in visiting the Depot are not refundable. Please obtain the depot address and the full name of the person you speak to as we need to quote these if we have to make a claim for lost goods on your behalf. With this information we will be happy to post out replacements provided they are in stock and without delay, however, without this information we cannot send out a replacement within 21 days because until this point the Royal Mail will not declare the goods lost and therefore would not refund Techniform Graphics Ltd. No refund of the value of the order for lost goods may be claimed within this 21 day time frame.
Courier If the goods were dispatched by Courier then we can track this for you and find out the status of your goods.
Where delivery is attempted by our nominated courier but is unsuccessful then Techniform Graphics Ltd obligations for delivery are deemed complete and we cannot be held liable for any refund against the price of delivery we charged at the time your order was placed.
THIS AGREEMENT IS IN ADDITION TO YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. If you place an order with us you are deemed as having accepted these conditions. If you have any questions please contact us, thank you.
